Delivery and returns
We deliver worldwide.
We aim to post all orders the same day.
Delivery for orders under £15 is charged at £3.45, any orders above £15 is free of charge.
All orders under £20 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, orders over £20 are sent by Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class.
Orders are usually delivered next working day from date of despatch but it can take up to 3 working days.
International Deliveries - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
We now accept orders up to 2kg for world wide delivery, using Royal Mail's 'International Tracked & Signed' service.
If your order is more than 2kg you will be contacted soon as possible.
International Signed for Delivery for Europe £12.00 normally 3-5 working days.
International Signed for Delivery for the rest of the world £20.00 normally 5-7 working days.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods for any reason we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes we cannot be held responsible for any of these additional costs and they will need to be settled by the recipient. We also can not be held responsible for any Custom and Excise delays affecting the delivery.
Overseas delivery addresses cannot be verified, please ensure that you enter the correct address when ordering. We can not be liable for any incorrect addresses given.
We are proud of the quality and the range of our gifts, and all our items are inspected before they are despatched. If the products arrive defective or damaged we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will have to pay the return cost of postage.
Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day.
Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
When shipping an item back to us item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It you have decided not to keep the product then unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the original postage or the return postage. However in the highly unlikely event that the goods are faulty then we will refund postage.
If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
